About

Bio

For over two decades, Jason Turner of The Law Offices of Jason E. Turner, APC has represented Californians in civil matters including contracts, construction law, and personal injury actions. Over the past ten years, Mr. Turner has diversified his practice, serving as a neutral, to assist litigants with the resolution of their disputes.

Based in Orange County, CA, Jason Turner began his litigation career primarily handling claims on behalf of plaintiffs, working on personal injury and employment litigation claims. After transitioning to another firm, Mr. Turner expanded his experience with construction litigation claims, business disputes, fraud claims, and HOA disputes, serving as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Turner thereafter refined and expanded his knowledge of construction contract and construction defect claims, taking on more and more complex matters as time progressed. This balance of work on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants enabled him to see the strengths and challenges which litigants face on both sides, not only bolstering his skills as a litigator, but aiding in his ability to make fair determinations when serving as a neutral.
